As Xbox Live's first trivia game, it serves its purpose but stops short of being a complete success. It's interactive, well-produced, and easy to pick up and play. Wits & Wagers is precisely what it advertises itself to be – a number-based multiplayer trivia party game. And since the rounds are only seven questions long, one lucky hit/bet can put you so far ahead of your competition that it can be all but impossible for them to catch up.
